This page explains how crezlabs.com handles information about you, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email info@crezlabs.com.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. crezlabs.com does not set cookies and does not run analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts.

To show the page, your browser loads files from a few providers, who receive your IP address and browser details as part of any normal web request:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) serves the animation library.

The three concept builds in the Live work section load from their own addresses on Vercel only when you choose to open one.

When you email us

If you write to info@crezlabs.com, including the newsletter sign-up, which drafts an email for you to send, we use your address and message to reply and, if you asked, to send the dispatch. We don't sell it or share it for marketing. Ask us and we'll delete it.

Client systems

The websites, agents and receptionists we build for clients handle their customers' data under each client's own agreement with us. As described on our site, that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped, and medical practices get HIPAA-aware handling. Clients can request the details of their setup at any time.
